The DMX4dim-500, is the highest power receiver/dimmer in the RC4 range, delivering up to 500W of output power.
The four powerful low voltage pulse-width-modulation dimmers are ideal for multi-channel LED colour mixing. Drive up to 500 1W LED's, 100 5w LED's, 10 50W MR16's or MR11's. Any number of DMX4dim-500 can be used in an RC4MAGIC system.
The low voltage dimmers operate between 12v - 24v (max 30V). It is important to use the correct wire size for the fuse rating chosen - 500W at 12V = 42A
A very quiet cooling fan is used in this unit and when mounting this unit adequate ventilation/airflow is required to ensure dimmers do not overheat. Each individual dimmer is over-temperature protected and will turn off to avoid damage.
